OUIGEM is a service site reserved for gemmology, jewelry, jewelry and watchmaking professionals.
We have three main missions:
1. Recruitment:
OUIGEM is a recruitment platform online store specializing in the gemmology, jewelry, jewelry and watchmaking sectors. Our service site is dedicated exclusively to professionals in these fields.
Our goal is to simplify the process recruitment in centralizing all job offers on a single platform.
We know that time is precious, which is why we want to make life easier for candidates and companies alike, by saving them considerable time and energy.

OUR VALUES
At OUIGEM, sharing and consolidation are at the heart of our activities.
Our aim is to provide a place where professionals and private individuals can exchange ideas and build trust.
In addition to creating a platform that centralizes all job offers related to this sector of activity, we have set up two sections, "Your story" and "Professionals & events", to meet the needs of both professionals in the field and private individuals.
OUIGEM is particularly interested in start-ups and SMEs that deserve greater visibility. A section is dedicated to their stories, highlighting their know-how.
THE FOUNDER
Nesrine Laouadi Amar is the founder and CEO of OUIGEM. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Commerce and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Treasury. Nesrine then accumulated 10 years of expertise in the field of finance.
Nesrine began her career as a financial auditor with a major auditing firm (Big Four), where she was trained to have an impeccable methodology. She then went on to work as a management controller in major groups, a key experience that required her to have a global vision of the company, across all its departments (marketing, communications, human resources, etc.).
Her passion for gemstones and jewelry then prompted her to undertake a professional reconversion. She enrolled at the Institut National de Gemmologie in Paris and graduated as a gemmologist.
Nesrine finds herself confronted with the reality of the market. Where to apply in the gemmology sector? How do you find the information you need? She realized that there was a real need, and came up with OUIGEM to centralize job offers and provide a trusted space for professionals in the sector.
