Visit Gemme Jewellery is a specialist in precious jewelry from second hand, since 1985.

With 3 stores in the Lyon region and an e-commerce site, Gemme is expanding to become a benchmark in the second-hand market, with an original and ambitious multi-channel development strategy.

For our opening in Grenoblewe are looking for a Store Manager M/F.

Main tasks :

You manage and run your store with the aim of developing the sales and purchasing clientele, purchases, sales and margins, using all the means at your disposal.

You are looking to develop Gemme's business and reputation through the quality of your welcome, your expertise and your negotiating skills.

You work with an expert advisor, who assists you in running the boutique. You'll be responsible for his or her training, and you'll help him or her with buying and selling, in terms of the expertise of the jewels to be purchased and the selling price policy to be applied.

You will take part in the jewelry renovation and creation process, based on pieces purchased from private customers and renovated by our subcontracting workshops.

Profile required:

You are familiar with the world of precious jewelry and gold, and have acquired substantial sales experience in a boutique. Expertise in gemology or art history is an important plus.

In addition to your jewelry expertise, you have a strong sense of negotiation, both in buying and selling.

Your reliability and professionalism inspire confidence in a varied and demanding clientele. You are rigorous, precise and transparent in your management.

You have experience of responsibility and management.

You know how to interact with management, through your reporting and numerical analyses as much as through informal exchanges based on your experience and intuition.

Job type Full-time, permanent contract

Salary from €2,800.00 to €3,500.00 per month
