As part of its growth, the group wishes to strengthen its jewelry repair and modification capabilities in France by reinforcing its in-house workshop, in particular to better serve its e-commerce activities and enhance our customers' jewelry over time (cleaning, repair, etc...).

Reporting to Jewelry Manager of our in-house workshopyou'll take care of some of the repairs on the jewels in the stonework

Your tasks :

  • Sizing of stone bushings
  • Restoration of stone settings on various types of jewelry (rings, pendants, earrings).
  • You will work on all types of settings (claw, rail, etc.), all types of stones (diamond, precious stone, fine stone, oxide), all types of cuts (barrette, etc.) and all types of metal (9K, 18K, Silver, etc.).
  • Use appropriate jewelry-making techniques: laser welding, TIG welding, micro-flame welding, hand-polishing and rhodium-plating, etc.

After an initial period of integration and ramping up the workshop, you will supervise a trainee (e.g. a student on a CAP in jewelry and watchmaking).

Profiles :

Graduated from a CAP Bijoutier & Horloger option Sertissage or from a BMA, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a jewelry repair or manufacturing workshop. You are versatile in jewelry repair tasks and have a strong expertise in gem-setting. Gemology and stone certification would be a plus.

You have good interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and are keen to pass on your expertise and participate in the growth and development of the workshop.
