Internship - Account & Content Manager - Luxury Marketplace - M/F

58 Facets is the first digital platform dedicated exclusively to second-hand jewelry, making it easy to buy and sell expertly certified pre-owned jewelry.

Our ambition? To become the benchmark for all antique jewelry enthusiasts, showcasing expertise, guiding and advising our community in the discovery of second-hand jewelry.

We are currently looking for our star "Account & Content Manager to support our growth.

Your mission: On Boarder and support our professional used jewelry sellers in direct collaboration with the Head of sales to grow business volume.

Your responsibilities:

● Manage the onboarding of sellers and ensure that each profile complies with the criteria for going online: complete creation of the profile, connection to the payment provider and uploading of the first items of jewelry.

● Analyze the performance of the salespeople in our portfolio and propose appropriate action plans

● Identify salespeople's needs and expectations and provide them with the expected support

● Supporting salespeople in developing their sales on 58 Facets, by

in charge of their participation in marketing campaigns and offline events (trade fairs...),

pop-ups) and online (private sales, sales...)

● Development of presentations/brochures or explanatory content for sales staff

● Participate in the continuous improvement of 58 Facettes' processes and be a driving force behind proposals

to help develop the company.

Your profile:

● Very good writing skills, perfect spelling and grammar

● Attention to detail

This 6-month internship is available as soon as possible. The offices are located in the heart of Paris, 15 rue Vignon 75008.
