Founded in January 2020 by Eric ThevenetESCP Business School, ex-VP Lazada (Alibaba Group) and Alexis BlezEMLYON, ex-VP JP Morgan, 58 Facettes is the first digital platform exclusively dedicated to second-hand jewelry, to buy and sell or transform signed and vintage jewelry with confidence and simplicity.
Selected as one of the "top 100 startups to invest in" by Challenges, 58 Facets is currently enjoying very strong growth. Our ambition? To become the benchmark for all antique jewelry enthusiasts, showcasing expertise, guiding and advising every customer in their discovery of second-hand jewelry or in the sale or value of their jewelry.
The offices are located in the heart of Paris, 15 rue Vignon, Paris 8e.
We are currently looking for a writer with a passion for the history of jewelry, fashion and trends, to support our Communications Director in creating content for the site, the press and events around jewelry and the jewelry industry.
Internship: Communication / Digital marketing
Your mission:
You will support the Communications & Events Director:
- writing articles for the site (practical information sheets, stones, historical information, trends, industry news, etc.) as well as more in-depth studies of the antique jewelry sector, in particular price trends.
- writing general presentations or improving content on the 58 Facettes site
- newsletter content writing
- Monitoring of the sector (trade fairs, exhibitions, auctions, etc.) as well as similar sites and the competition
- Ideas, production and animation of communication on various themes and during our occasional events (parties, commercial events, etc.), search for partnerships.
- drafting of press releases and contacts with journalists and influencers
- occasional assistance to social media managers (photos, Instagram content creation, partnership research) or to the digital marketing team on subjects shared with communications (emailing development in particular)
Profile:
Quality of writing, respect for deadlines and processes set by the team. Creativity and responsiveness, ability to make proposals.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Enthusiasm and good humour!
You are looking for a rewarding experience in a young and dynamic team.
Plus: mastery of basic photo and video retouching techniques. Ideally, you have initial experience in the luxury goods or jewelry sector, or knowledge of art history or gemmology.
This internship, ideally lasting 6 months, is available as soon as possible.
