Your mission: 

Account manager - responsible for managing sellers on the marketplace in a context of strong growth

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding and support of new sellers, from account creation to first sales, including putting jewelry online.
• Responsible for moderating and uploading new products added and modified by sellers on the platform.
•  Follow-up of sellers in the development of their business, implementation of actions to grow their sales and increase their visibility on the platform.
•  Organization of jewelry photo shoots for vendors in our Paris photo studio.
• Support in managing the showroom, customer appointments, and in organizing our regular pop-up stores.

Your profile:

• Excellent writing skills, perfect spelling and grammar.
•  At ease on the phone.
• Attention to detail, precision.
•  Very good interpersonal skills.
•  Proactive and autonomous.
•  Willingness to join a young startup with strong potential
•  Interested in jewelry and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
•  And... fun, with the desire to join a human adventure above all!

This 6-month internship is available as soon as possible. The offices are located at 15 rue Vignon 75008 Paris, with the possibility of teleworking!
Salary: 600€ / month
